only unshipped orders can be cancelled.cancellation may be done either through email (fast-sale@hotmail.com)or by whatsapp(+12132611754). whatsapp will get faster reply .refound will be issued accordingly if card is changed.
5.When will my order arrive?
Orders are shipped by UPS or FEDEX or DHL or USPS .
Please allow 1-3 business days for order processing and verification, after we send out package to shipping company 2 days then will update tracking num on order .and an additional 7-14 business days for delivery .but sometime can take long from time to time due to customs and other conditions beyond our control.
