Return Policy

1.what items  are returnable?

   * within 20 days of order date:If 20 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange. 

   * in original condition ：resell-able:

   * unused or undamaged

   *in the original packing 

2.How do i return a product 

    please contact us by email （fast-sale@hotmail.com） or whatsapp(+12132611754 will fast reply ) inform us about your case .We will get back to you  with a solution. 

3.Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or denial of your refound. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain number of days. 

if we cannot pick up the return packages  because of  custom problem  or lost package on ship road .We will not be able to refund  due to unreceived returns

4.Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable) 

   If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account again. 

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

5.Exchanges (if applicable)

   Once your return is received and inspected,we will contact you to notify you that we have received your returned item.and will resend new exchange product to you .and  You will be responsible for paying new shipping fees .
